Welcome to Kelvin Park Early Years Centre. We are a Glasgow City Council Early Learning and Childcare setting, situated in the West End of Glasgow next to Kelvingrove Park. The nursery opened in 2011 and we share a campus with Hillhead Primary School.
We are an open, friendly, inviting, interesting place of discovery, learning and exploration, where everyone is respected and valued. ‘Learning through play’ methodology encourages and motivates children towards personal achievement in choosing and developing their own interests. We nurture and scaffold our children’s curiosity and creativity in all areas of the curriculum. During your child’s stay with us, it is our wish that your child is happy and successful.
At Kelvin Park, we work collaboratively with our families to ensure your child’s learning journey is positive, memorable and secures the very best outcomes possible. We ask parents/carers to support and assist the nursery’s aims, objectives and policies and value any views or suggestions.
